Tumbling, Cheer, and Free Running

Mile High has always looked for ways to help other athletes perform better.  We look forward to having all comers learn from us.  Our staff looks to make sure Dancers, Cheerleaders, Stuntmen/women, Free Runners, Snow and Skate Boarders understand the proper technique used for tumbling.  This training is the only way to give steady, predictable results which will give the basis for quality, safe tumbling and gymnastics skills.

 

Our classes are designed to be laid back and self paced.  The coaches help create drills and activities which will teach the material the students want to learn.  We spend a lot of time on Round Offs, Back Handsprings as well as Back tucks.
