Welcome to Mile High Gymnastics . . . 
We are coming up to Week Six in our Current Session.  We have new classes forming.  Congratulations to all of the kids who were moved up in this new session.  Also, thankyou to all of the families who came out during the snowy weekend.

Mile High Fitness Programs . . .
After many years of being asked we finally have it!  Mile High Fitness!  For all of those who love the fun and enthusiasm we bring to your children, but maybe have no interest in gymnastics these programs are for you.  For children we are offering Play 60 Fitness.  For adults we have two different options, Fun & Flex as well as Gymnastics Strength.  Fun & Flex is a low impact program geared to increase movement as well as flexibility while having a twinkle of fun in a Gymnastics School.  Strength Training is a class set to meet up to 3 times a week allowing people a unique opportunity to train like a "gymnast" and get strong.
 Play 60 Fitness . .
Let your chldren come to the gym once, twice, or even three times per week and run, jump, and play their way to healthy habits.  Mixing our physical conditioning knowledge and our love for for kids having a great time this will be the class you can't miss! 
Fun & Flex . . 
This class is designed to allow adults to increase their range of motion while and burning some of those calorier we all tend to over eat.  This class is perfect for someone trying to find an activity which has a little fun, a lot of creativity, and desire to feel less joint pain and easier time moving around.
Gymnastics Strength . . 
Gymnasts don't talk about 6 packs we talk about 8 packs!  Ever wonder why?  Our Gymnastics Strength program will show you the way!  For Beginners we will start slow with exercises meant to lead you towards your strength goals.  For advanced athletes, we have several tricks up our sleeves to make sure you "feel" our program.  Check out our fitness page 
Cleanup 2011!
September 5th - 11th the gym will be closed for our Annual Cleaning..

There will be no classes or other activities while we clean.
